Booking policy

Creating a positive experience for our guests is at the core of our business. Considering the high demand on our time, and that our time has been reserved especially for you, we require that all guests have a credit card on file. Your credit card information is stored to your account at the time of checkout or at the time of booking**. When you reserve an appointment at Sky Salon, you acknowledge and agree to our STRICTLY ENFORCED Cancellation and No Show Policy. As a courtesy, email and text reminders are sent at least one day prior to your appointment. If you are not receiving email reminders, please check your SPAM folder. You may also log into ONLINE BOOKING to check your future appointments and change your SMS and Email communication settings.

Last Minute Cancellation

We understand that life can be unpredictable, that’s why you have up to 10 hours prior to your appointment to make any changes, and allow us the opportunity to fill that reservation with another guest.  Appointments cancelled with less than 10 hours notice will be charged 50% of their booked services.

No Shows

No show guests will be charged 100% of their scheduled services. A no show is defined as a guest who makes an appointment, does not show up to the appointment, and does not notify us to cancel the appointment. Guests with 3 no-shows will be serviced on a walk-in basis only. 

Arriving Early  

Sky Salon has always made it a priority to run on time and we kindly ask our guests to do so. In fact, being 5 minutes early ensures you are at the receiving end of the absolute best service.

Running Late

Under most circumstances, guests running more than 5 minutes late will be asked to reschedule or see another stylist if available.  Please call to make sure your reservation can still be accommodated. 

+Our policies are designed to respect other guests and to provide compensation to our employees, who rely on us to manage their schedules and their careers. All phone calls are recorded.

**Sky Salon uses commercial encryption methods to treat your credit card information in a secure manner.  The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment by our salon software management company.
